The delivery time of the shipment will be 2 to 7 days from the processing of the order.
We ship nationally and internationally. The following shipping costs apply:

- Balearic Islands:...........9,00 €
- Canary Islands:...........12,50 € (customs fees included)
- Europe:......................15,00 €
- Rest:..........................25,00 $ (customs fees included) incoterm DDP
Returns
The period to make a return is 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
When is the return free?
Returns are processed through the customer area. Therefore, it's recommended that you place orders by logging into an existing account. If you don't have one, create one when placing your order. For purchases made as a guest, please contact sales@custo.com to process returns.
CUSTO BARCELONA, after verifying that the returned item is in perfect condition, will refund the amount of the item, in the same way that the payment was made.
In all cases where the reason for the return is due to an ERROR in the merchandise or DEFECT.
When is it not?
In the case of discounted items, the customer must pay €5.95 for the return costs, provided that the return is not due to an ERROR in the merchandise or a DEFECT in the item.
In this case, the amount returned by CUSTO BARCELONA is the RRP of the returned item, minus the cost for shipping that is generated when the customer makes the return.
Under no circumstances will the returned item be exchanged directly.
All returns will be made in the same way that the payment was made and after verifying that the returned item is in perfect condition.
To exchange a size or colour, it is necessary to return the original item and purchase it again in the correct size or colour.
