We work with Correos and UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery worldwide.
Delivery Times
- Spain: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is confirmed. During peak periods (sales or special promotions), delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

- Rest of the world: $25.00 (customs duties and taxes included – DDP Incoterm)
No additional customs charges will be required upon delivery.
Returns
We want you to shop with complete confidence.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
How to request a return
If you placed your order using an account, you can easily manage your return directly from your Customer Area.
If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at sales@custo.com including your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
Return conditions
- You must notify us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
- The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with its original tags.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return costs and process
In the case of defective items, faults, or shipping errors, returns are completely free of charge. We will arrange the collection and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
In all other cases, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and may choose the carrier of their preference. Once the item has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal request and may be withheld until the item has been received or proof of shipment has been provided, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Size changes
Size exchanges are not available. You must return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
